1. Order Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our team works diligently to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

Overnight Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day if the order is placed before 2 PM EST on a business day.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, location, and order size. This ensures that you have clarity on shipping fees before completing your purchase.
4. International Shipping At this time, Medi Tresse At-Home only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
