Ashwagandha

Marine collagen
Hydrolyzed fish collagen, a source of amino acids, the building blocks of protein. Contains fish.

L-glutamine
An amino acid naturally found in the body and in protein-rich foods.
Included in Prebiotic to support gut health and the absorption of nutrients.
Turmeric
A golden root long used in traditional wellness, paired with black pepper extract.

Licorice and aloe
Deglycyrrhizinated licorice root and aloe vera leaf, two classic botanicals for digestive comfort.
